My goal weight is 95 lbs-100 lbs or even 90 lbs,and I'm 5'3,I'm not far from it but not exactly close to it.Eating 1500 calories isn't going to get me there,nor is it going to cause me to burn extra calories,so wouldn't it make sense for me to,idk,eat less than like 800 calories a day?Duh
PS:I couldn't care less if you have a problem with my diet,that isn't my problem,your business or my concern.
Don't give me the "love yourself" speeches because those mean sh*t to me:-)
