I am even not gonna play sport today and study I am going to study instead.
Even though I love sports:(
Study one subject at a time, don't jump around too much. You'll have better memory retention if you narrow your focus. Also, study before you go to bed. There have been several scientific experiments to show that sleep plays a significant role in the formation of long term memories. Also, study in a quiet environment that is as free of distractions as possible. Do not leave the TV on or listen to music that has lyrics. Instrumental music is OK since it will not interfere with the language processing centers of your brain that you need for good reading comprehension.
Thank you:)
The best thing to do would be to sit down and plan out literally everything you're going to do studywise from that point until the exam. That way you know what you're going to study and when, which will help you focus and make sure you get to study everything you need to.
Thank you:)
