She works out (easy stuff, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 3lb weights) and she has medical issues, so she cannot tolerate some foods, but I told her to gain some weight.
She took it thr wrong way, and is upset with me now, for offering her my advice.
Put it this way: She's a size 3 (at age 25!) and I'm a size 8/10 at 5ft 3. I told her she should at LEAST be 125lbs. I'm curvy, and thicker in the legs and thighs, but my friends just a scrawny thing.
HOW can I convince her to gain weight? She sees her dr regularly, and he never told her to gain weight, but to watch her diet and make sure she's getting nutrients, vitamins, etc. because of her medical condition.
Do you think she's too skinny? I'm asking bec. i want answers and to prove to her she's way too thin for her age.
