Ok I'm shorter but I'm the same as you almost, and I don't think I'm fat.. I like that fact that I have an bootie and boobs and I still have that hour glass shape and flat stomach. I have muscular legs... I really don't understand why you wanna lose weight, and its not a love yourself thing its a I don't understand... But excerising on what you want to work on and eating healthy and no snacks and more water...

do cardio instead of strength training, and if you do strength training, don't use heavy weights. Protein helps build muscle, so replace SOME of the protein in your diet with fruits and vegetables. Losing weight is a simple concept: burn more calories than you eat.

really all you need to do is just watch what you eat. That is the amzing secret for weight loss, I lost twenty pounds a couple summers ago by just watching what I eat and walking for a half hour. hope this helps :)
I suggest working out (lots of cardio and light strength training) and going on some sort of healthy foods diet.
Don't change yourself for a guy. It's not worth it. If you REALLY think you need to lose weight, try eating a healthy diet with the appropriate amount of calories for your age and gender. Cardio and aerobic exercise are great fat burners.

I know you don't want love yourself advice but this isn't entirely that. I was just gonna say I like what you described. Skinnier is less my type.
