They never work for me, I always think "I will never look as good as her, men will always desire her more, so what's the point?" And I often give up after seeing such photos.
But maybe there are some people out there who get motivated by them.
connor muprhy&david laid yes, but anyway im on way to my bodygoals, sometimes i look in my photos or stare in mirrors for hours and im my biggest motivation, of course there are guys who look incredible but im super happy with myself. Ofc i need to improve a lot things and mostly my legs but if i were perfect i woudnt probably be motivated :P
I have been working out consistently for about a year now, and I still have no abs, I have a barely above too-low bmi, but it's healthy. I think it really depends on weather you personally are able to do get those results. By the way, most men I know like a more natural healthy look for girls. Because the tone muscle can kinda be a turnoff
Yes. Pics of Candace swanepol and Adriana Lima motivate me. I’m Asian though and those pics don’t bother me at all
no the state of mind is more important than what her photographed body looks like.

I use the "Don't be a fat piece of shit" method.
I look at fat people while out in public and tell myself, don't be like that.
No. And not only that but I don't agree with what is considered "perfect" a lot of the time either. Perfect example is the pic you have shown. She's too in shape for my tastes personally. It's actually the reverse and a bit of a turn off.
Nah, gym fit people are not very attractive to me - therefore not a level of fitness that I aspire to
Of course it does, I like looking at such pictures ;)
Nope
My motive is when I look in the mirror
