Don't starve yourself but try and eat healthier than you normally do. Eat fruits and vegetables the most. But, you can cheat for breakfast! Eat whatever you would like and 4 hours later eat a healthier lunch. Try not to eat dinner anywhere of 3 hours going to sleep. Exercise, exercise, exercise! Don't overdo yourself, and start out low and exceed your way up.
-Avoid beverages that are not water, it can really make a difference.
-When your watching a t.v show, so crunches or exercises during the commercials.
-ALWAYS eat breakfast, it is the most important meal
-only eat 3 meals a day, try not to snack as much.

everyones going to tell you this so might as well put it out there, you can't lose weight fast. it's impossible . BUT, I realized once I started going crazy about my weight I started gaining like crazy and than when I forgot about it I dropped 20 pounds. everyone gains and loses weight like crazy when we are growing. I have a wii work out thing and its a personal trainer it has yoga and everything the hard thing for me is making time to work out. start only drinking water and than when you have that start watching what you eat and how much you eat .
Stop eating junk food and drink a lot of water. Try not to drink anymore soda. Go to the gym 3-5 days a week. Losing a pound per week is good depending on your weight. Try not to lose to much to fast. Its not healthy and can cause problems.
I think the most effective thing you can really do is totally give up soda and stuff for a while. Coke and the like. It makes you put on so much more weight than you could think it would.

Really great website, it helped me lose weight, from 200 to 145 in two months. But I did run 2-3 miles a day. every day and cut my calories from 2.5k to 400-600.i recommend you go to the doctors first because there are conditions/infections/diseases that can cause weight gain suddenly or gradually over a few months. E.g. your thyroid gland
And if this is the case with you, despite your efforts you will still gain weight- drink lots of water especially while eating a meal, it makes you full faster

- stay away from fried food, bread, milk, cheese
- jog, run, walk, swim, hike
- don't eat before you sleep, the food would just sit in your stomach

You need to eat healthier and exercise. That's all there is to eat. Drink only water and eat more lean protein (chicken, salmon), fruit and vegetables. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, 4x a week.-30 to 60 minutes of cardio a day(running,jogging,jump roping,swimming etc)
