The guys who tell you you're fat must be really young and immature, seriously, that's all gonna stop once you go to college, and then you'll see that there are loads of guys who love a curvy girl. But if you're really dead set on losing weight, I have a few tips. First one is kind of silly, but it works... you suck on those really sour jolly ranchers throughout the day, your tounge then becomes sensitive to heat and spices, then when you eat, you'll feel a tad bit of pain, just enough to cause an aversion to food. I only mention that technique because it accidently happened to me, and I lost 20 lbs over a few weeks. It's all psychology, the mind connects eating food to pain and thus causes an aversion to it. It's not all that healthy, but it's effective. A more healthy method is to find a sport that you really enjoy, then really get involved in it competitively and casually. The trick is to find a way to enjoy exercise =)

Forget about what those losers say and put yourself like you should # 1 also look into low carb diets high protein and cardio programs and it will work out trust me.
First, If a guy doesn't like you the way you are then he's not right for you..
If you still wanna lose weight the only way to do so is to excerise and eat well.. Drink lots of water no pop or sugary juice eat more small meals then a couple large ones. Hope it helps!
