1. eggs and egg whites
2. fruits and vegies
3. chicken and tuna
4. sprouted grain bread
5. raw nuts
6. dark choc(sugar-free) for my sweet tooth
7.water and green tea.
Dont know what I'm doing wrong. Sometimes I cave, but I make up for it by eating less the rest of the day or the next day. Try hit the gym around 4 times a week, would go more if I could just either working or studying.
