So how to get thin arms?
What exercises would help with that?I thought of lifting weights but I don't want them the slightest bit muscular/toned.
as a former fitness instucture, and I already know u've head this, it's a combination of dieting, working out and genetics. some women are built with extra weight and just can't lose it, maybe that's your case donno. anyway keep on a diet and for exercise, the best thing to do is use dumbbells for curls and tricep extensions. use weight that's not too weak but not heavy, just a little above in between, for both curls and extensions. also if you can, do push-up with your hands closer together. if you can't do push-ups on the ground, do them on the wall. hope that helps...
the best thing you can do I think if you want thin and no muscle tone is to keep to a healthy diet but avoid exercise entirely. the muscle will eventually just erode away and as long as you keep to a healthy, low calorie diet, it won't be replaced by fat.
You could try complete bed rest. If you want your muscles to waste away, stop using them.

it really depends where you already are.. by thin arms I am assuming you mean the bicep/tricep part? your guns? lol
what is your measurement? circumference of your arm flexed and not
Mine's 24 inches.
Yeah that part and I don't know haha.It used to be muscle because I was in colorguard, but I haven't been in it for a year and since I'm more weak on my upper body I always avoid working my upper body out and I think its slowly turning into fat
well it depends, if you are looking to burn the fat, you can't really spot reduce fat, it increases and decreases all together, so the only way to lose fat on your arms is well.. to lower your bodyfat % all across your body
you can do this by doing cardio and a low carb high protein diet
Some strength exercises would probably help for that like weights just don't over do it .. I'm not sure however
in my case I eat less and my arms are thinning out
