I mean not as high as it used to be. I used to have to hide boners periodically throughout the school day on a daily basis, often for hours at a time as an underclassman in high school, but based on the description I would have only been at healthy levels for that time. However ever since as an upperclassman I have had low levels which have rebounded since the new year but still aren’t impressive by any means. I’ve more accepted myself at this point than felt confident.

I believe the more fit you become, the better your body naturally becomes at doing and exacting most of it's normal functions, one of those being testosterone production. I feel I'm perfectly normal for my fitness level, which would be considered high compared to most people on the fatty American diet of junk and beer most meals.
I don't know how to answer this. How does one answer this. Is there a test?
