Is this a good exercise regimen?

. A mile a day ( changing speeds between 3.0 and 5.0 and up throughout the mile. )

. 15 crunches , 15 leg lowers ( forgot what they are called so I call them that so I will remember.)

.Seventeen workout ( magazine workout schedule)

So does this sound good I will do this for the next month or so. and after it to?

Or do I need to have little breaks on my body?
