I heard of a pineapple diet, where all you eat for a day is fresh pineapple along with drinking water, and it supposedly burns 5-7 pounds. Does anyone know if this is true? If it's just water weight that's lost, do you still look skinnier from the loss, or do you look the same? Also, if this doesn't work, do you know of any other one or two day diets to lose about 5 pounds that will actually make me look a bit skinnier? I understand that the loss for most of these isn't gonna be permanent and I'll end up gaining it all back, but I don't mind- I just want to lose it for prom night. Thanks!
