Those are all crash diets that are meant to help you lose water weight. None, or very little of it, is going to be legitimate fat loss. You will look and feel lighter, but it is much more likely to come back because of it being water loss, and because it is not a long term eating plan, you will gain it once you eat normally again.
One or two day diets are just not reasonable at all.
What DOES work, and works long term, is smaller portion sizes of fruit, veggies, lean meats, whole grains and regular exercise. Doing that will help you stay fit for life. Once you know how to do it, and once you can get yourself into a healthy routine, your likelihood of having an out of control weight problem lessen incredibly. If you continue to do crash diets, you are setting yourself up for a lifeltime of your weight yo yoing up and down.

pineapple has heaps of sugar in it, and so eating only pineapple will probably have the reverse effect to losing weight in a short period of time. Sorry, this is probably not what you want to hear but there is virtually nothing that will make you lose a significant amount of weight in one or two days, and even if you lose a few pounds, it will barely be noticeable physically. My best bet is to eat plenty of fresh foods and drink lots of water up until prom night. Lay off the salt, processed foods and excess sugar to avoid bloating and water retention! good luck and have fun!

When you lose water weight you feel lighter and the scale will show you are lighter.
But you have not lost weight from fat, you have lost weight from water...which you could do by reducing the salt in your diet, not by cutting out a bunch of nutrients by limiting yourself to one high kilo joule fruit.
Fibre + Protein + 1 hour run/day = Weight loss
Guaranteed.Eat vegetarian, drink tons of water, no sugar, no processed foods, cook your own fresh food, and no added salt because that bloats you.
Or just buy some shapewear and you'll be good for the night. Hope this helps!False , Pineapple has sugar in it you would most likely gain wait instead because you're basicly drinking sugar so you would be really counterproductive.

ps 110 lbs and 105 lbs won't be noticeable differenceI bet not a single person notices either way.
