I never wore a mask, and still don't unless I go to a business that requires it, I already had Covid, and they really only help stop people from spreading it, not you from getting it. Just get the vaccine, get covid, and wear a fake mask. So, the problem is that your skin can't breathe, solution, don't worry about whether you're filtering anything, just sew a mask out of a porous material.
Just searching on amazon I found a 4 pack of 15"x15" super absorbent cleaning cloths made from rayon in the color blue, which a lot of masks are. I doubt it would filter a damned thing, but it would still be a mask you could wear to fulfill mask wearing requirements. It would wick away moisture and skin oils, you'd need two or three as that absorbency means you need to wash it everyday, if not swapping out 2 to 3 times a day.
You could also line your mask with some rayon to soak up the oils and moisture, keep a pouch of clean rags, and one of dirty ones, just keep swapping until you get home and wash the dirty bag. Mesh and silica would work as well, but you'd have a whole different skin problem if you had desiccant against your face all day.I've been developing natural medicine for a while the best tesource in Earth for skin is clay. But not these ready clays that come at pharmacy or othrr store, get 1kg or half of *only clay* in powder.
Gray clay: the best to skin over any wound, it absorbs all the magnesium of the blood in the area, all the dirty that's beneath the skin. Inclusive acne.
The thing you should apply every 2 days is too problematic and reduce to 2x week. THE RESULTS DOESN'T COME QUICKLY it needs months so you better apply it without stoping and since it's natural and proved that clays is the ingredient most close to our evolutionary of skin.
If no one knows how to prepare clay:
1. Use wood can and spoon or plastic nothing metallic since it will steal the good properties of clay.
2. Add little amounts of water until it gets liquid but more like solid.
3. apply in your face in rotation movements gently untill you cover it like between 1mm-2mm of your face
4. Rest your face far from the sun, don't move the face and
5. Before dry clean it with cold or warm water
6. Dry with a soft towel
Then preferentially;
7. wash tha towel to not mix the old skin with the new ones
8. Do not apply any cosmetic over your skin after using clay for at least 3 hours
9. Don't abuse of clay everyday
10. Don't mix other types *colors* of clay
I know it helps but you need to do it. And if there's sore, when you put clay and wash it you shouldn't worry if the scars got off, dont touch it, instead put more clay, and repeat the process, the skin will regenerate with gray clay.
White clay is excellent for moisturize the skin and add color and softness.
Black clay is the best but considered expensive and sometimes exoticThis is just a general thing as how to stop or limit acne or spots anyway. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser, with warm water after you wash your hair; make sure you use a facial scrub two to three times a week (space them out once every three days ideally before you go to bed), rinse your face for a minute or two with ice cold water under the shower. Now this is science, warm water opens up your pours so this is ideal for when you wash your face, but if you don't rinse your face with cold water the pores are left open and dirt, grime, sweat and bacteria get into them and cause spots and acne; so the cold water does the opposite it closes your pores and although doesn't eliminate you from never getting spots or acne ever again, significantly limits the amount of spots or acne heads you get and how often you get them. Make sure you use a gentle moisturiser filled with Vitamin E, this is for skin repair and moisturises the skin very well. I ideally use Vitamin E formula, with green tea extract and no other chemicals in it. And that's it. This is the best advice I can give you really, if you get this problem sounds like you've got very sensitive skin unfortunately.
There are creams for people with sensitive skin and washing with dove soap rather than a Aveeno might help. I have sensitive skin so I only benefit from regular soap and dove, other products with scents in them irritate my skin and cause discolouration. If your an Amazon user, search facial products after googling the type you want and than check out the written reviews to see if others struggle with the same things and what worker for them. Proactive might also work but not sure if they are still around.
Ugh... I legit didn't even know this was a thing and I've been wearing a mask for like two years now. I guess, you get a better mask? I use the 3D reusable ones. They're a bit pricey but comfortable and easy to breathe in (since COVID isn't transmissible by air anyway, and these masks are just for BS purposes).

If humans were born to have masks over their face all day, they would have been evolved with it! A face filtration system!
They're a bag of bacteria and a symbol of compliance. Plus a lovely bit of virtue signalling. Nothing else.Double cleanse, tone and moisturise twice daily morning and evening. Wear a cotton mask which is slightly more breathable but be sure to stay 2 meters away from others as it’s less protective (not that any mask is 100% protective but they do help reduce spread).
I noticed when I started my new job and had to wear a mask for hours on end that I too began to have minor tiny break outs. It wasn't any where as close to what is in the picture. Maybe because I didn't allow it to progress.
Immediately after noticing I began to use a drop of hand sanitizer and rub it over the top of my lips right under my nose area and on my chin. I did this a few times (1-3) during my shift and it cleared up. I make a habit of doing so at least once each work shift.Nah, you just don't wash the area properly, or use a proper fitting mask.
It's basically the professionals way of saying "you are unhygienic and can't even figure out what size of mask to wear so that it doesn't rub against your skin! It's decent parents, an education, and a shrink, not me, you need!"In my experience good end to end hygiene solves all that.
Some households just don't have it - it us your pillowcase, pillow, mattress, bedding first, then clothing, seating areas, dishes.
None of ut must have bacteria, fungae or other microorganisms.
Shower once per day at least (can be skipped from time to time), wash your hair regularly (I also do that daily, long hair)
After a few months of living in a clran place, all acne recede, within a year all are gone completelyTry different mask types. What they are made of.. Color in masks from china are made from a chemical that was banned in america. It causes lung cancer. Even make your own mask from different clothes. They also have high absorbent material used for wound care that would absorb all the oils in your skin if you made masks from it. YouTube homemade masks.
I don't know why these people are acting like it's not a thing because they didn't get it. Like sorry?
I have acne prone skin and wearing a cloth mask all day has made me break out under my chin where the mask sits and at the skin along the top of the mask.
What I do is: not wear a mask if possible (which is becoming a lot easier where I live) and just use the paper ones. A lot of those are too big for my face anyway so it barely touches me lol. Here are some ideas
https://youtu.be/tJWXGg8HpXII wear those silk masks. I initially bought it because of it's softness! But I see now that it's recommended to prevent mask acne. I always wash my masks after every use and I also make sure to wash my face and to use good moisturizer.
Not wearing a mask since the science behind it being a truly preventative measure shows it really isn't since no one actually uses them properly anyway...
*rolls eyes*
Except for a few medical conditions ALL acne is attributed to POOR hygiene. Clogged pores. It is why covering acne with makeup often makes it worse. WASH (or cleanse wash) YOUR FACE.in my line of work I have to wear my mask 12 hours every day. I have not once got a pimple from it.
I feel like maybe you have another underlying problem that might be causing your breakoutsLol don't doctors and construction workers wear it way more than the average person? And they don't suffer from this...
I'd say fix your diet first and then stop over wearing it.
If you're home you don't need to wear it...stop wearing the pointless masks? their effect is super minimal and if you're young and heatlhy and not around old people there is no harm in getting the china virus or giving it to the people near you
Just dont wear a mask for long periods of time and if you do switch it out every day
