That happens all the time , and I use to think why aren’t they listening to me or supporting my journey, my friends would come over with pizza or fast food and then I cave in and eat it and then kick myself in the ass for doing it , but I realized it’s ok to have that kind of food once in awhile , so word of advice is don’t deprive yourself , it’s ok to eat the fast food just don’t overdue it meaning having it every day , that’s the problem a lot of people face when they are trying to lose weight and get in shape , just tell Yourself I can eat this today but tomorrow I am going to eat cleaner, I had pizza last night that was so fucking good and I ended up having like 6 slices , part of me feels like why did I do that but I so enjoyed it, Now I know today I have to eat cleaner and get my exercise in , so that pizza won’t even effect me , what people

Politely yet firmly let them know to not do that again. If you're 100% confident that they're trying to sabotage you, tell them that to their face.
If you have ironclad willpower, the real big dick move (and yes, I know you're a woman) is to eat what they ordered you right in front of their face for that one time only, and refuse to do it again any subsequent time. They'll try to make you break, and they'll try to do it multiple times, so don't do it unless you know you're indomitable.

I'm a bit surprised that with as much as you like music, that just dancing along while listening does not burn way more calories than you consume. I personally went from 170 lbs to around 120 lbs... and from a 32 inch waist to a 25 inch waist... i end up having to fudge some numbers to get the total fat percentage of my body from 0% up to 2% and even that did not fly well with my family and doctors.
Eventually getting diagnosed with some BS Anorexia Athletica Disorder... was rather pointless, since I was eating all the time, any time and whatever I felt like eating at the time. It was such a pain to have people like say crap like "I'm so glad to see you eating!" and "I'm so proud of you, eating everything on your plate!" and like freaking beaming some huge smile at me.
Here is the thing though, I would dance my ass off (literally) on marathons that would last for 36 hours... Taking a 20 minute nap every now and then. I am still so damn ripped even after making sure to take every other day off. I'm almost to my ideal weight of 151 lbs. At 6' tall as long as that weight is nothing but pure muscle... I'm good with it. I just refuse to gain any weight with fat... yeah, I don't do fat.
I really don't recommend that you follow in my footsteps... I'm just trying to understand how you were able to avoid constantly listening to music and not get so obsessed into dancing as I did. I guess it really boils down into that chase into getting that runners high that get a bit harder to reach as your endurance grows.
I don't know if you have ever felt that rush, but it's like getting all and more of your energy back and such an enduring euphoric feeling... where everything that touches your skin feels so damn good and when you do decide to allow that delicious sleepy feeling to carry you through the rest of the night and still wake up feeling so damn good. The best part is that it all comes from your own body and nowhere else.

my girlfriend and kids eat really healthy, more so than I do. I'm the one buying them junk. But if they did, I can say no.. sometimes... for a while.
people will give what they got, it may be "love" to them. A big plate of pasta is love to italians and poison to a diabetic. You gotta see them as who they are, you gotta get some support outside family, they aren't gonna change, probably won't even when the Dr. is stairing at that chart telling them they are gonna die. That's how powerful the bacteria in the gut are and the wiring in the emotional brain.

Stuff like homemade cake, pastries, candy and boxes of chocolates.
Sometimes I would just eat the whole lot at once out of spite to get it over with quick.. but then I would just feel guilty as shit afterwards lmao.
If it's something more substantial I try to foist it on my friends so at least it doesn't get wasted, but often things just expire and I have to throw them away.

Many people act as the devil's advocate when you say you're dieting, so I don't. What I do is if I'm spending time with someone specific use that as my treat day. I'll be open to their suggestions and eat what I like. That way I don't feel guilty and they don't feel like they got one over me when I eat the junk food simply because they wanted to throw me off my diet.

Depends on what type of fast food it is. If it's pizza then it's not a big deal. If it's fries or something else super unhealthy then I would be really mad. I'm trying to be more careful of what I eat now because I don't want to put on weight (when I get older) and I don't want to get diabetes. I'll eat some junk but now I'm being more careful about how much added sugar I have

I am actually so happy my family is on board with eating healthy. They were doing all the different healthy diet before I was. I’m just now eating a little bit cleaner and have two cheat days. And I’m trying to incorporate working out but I can get expensive

Yes it’s work because I thought I doing good by already eating healthy but my training told me I wasn’t eating enough throughout the day. I love vegetables and fruit but I also love sweet ( specifically chocolate). I don’t truly eat breakfast either.
Right now I’m on no dairy except for eggs no fried food no bread unless this wheat The only chocolate I can kind of have is dark chocolate in moderation and my cheat days or Friday and Saturday Sunday starts afternoon week so I can eat clean during that time
