Allergies are killing me... help!?

okay so I have been having allergies about a year ago

i get itchy skin.. and rashes .. I also sneeze a lot

i have been trying to see the difference in the way I eat but their isn't a pattern.. This usually happens at night .. I Haven't noticed any patterns. what are my other options.. this has been happening for 3 days in a row

1 - Find out what you're allergic to, change you're diet/materials around you/makeups things like that and see the effects it has on you.. Or go to the doctor they might be able to help with that

2 - Get medication for it, generally if its really bad go to the doctor and they will suscribe you a unlimited supply of the medication.. in the UK they do anyways

See a dotor, in the meantime try to use over the counter allergy meds (like reactin or benadryl (sp?)) You might nee to try a few to see what works best for you.

Also you might want to invest in hypo-allergenic sheets and pillow cases.

Maybe you need new bedding? I've heard dust mites can cause allergic reactions. Maybe get a new pillow and duvet?

I'm not sure you might want to go to a doctor and have a full on allergy test to see what you are allergic too.

On the mean time take some allergy meds

i have ointment that's supposed to help but I just don't feel well and I've been to a dc. they just gave me the ointment and pille\s
