If you eat too much junk in a day then start with salads, then gradually limit your junk that contains lots of carbs and switch to Protein rich foods like white meat, eggs, beans, nuts and avoid sugar. Avoid overeating and try fasting. If possible go to gym or at least walk half hour a day. You'll see progress.
