I think that's a great decision, you are voting with your money. I would also make sure you get a message to upper management about why you are leaving. It can help them to have the feedback that women are leaving their club due to the policies that are not supporting women feeling safe and comfortable while working out.
$300 a month is way too much to pay to feel uncomfortable and scared. For that price, you can build your own gym slowly buying a piece of equipment each month, lol. But there are many other places. Here in California at least, we have all women's clubs such as "Curves" .I think you made the right choice. Women and men both need to use their money to vote for healthy choices and safe places for women.

Are you going to the gym to work out so you can handle yourself if a physical encounter occurs?
You leaving the gym doesn't change the predatory guys. But you standing up to them, physically going toe to toe with them, and embarrassing them at their own gym will stop their actions.
You have 2 options:
A. Let these guys continue doing what they are doing to all females in the gym, simply because you are too weak to do anything about it... or
B. Get buff and knock these aggressive assholes on their ass!
Yes. You were getting ripped off.
300 dollars a month.
Gurl 3600 dollars a year to do the same thing for far less.

I totally agree with you to leave that gym. If the guys are that creepy than leaving is an excellent idea. Plus, you should be able to find a gym for a lot less than that. Common complaint among women going to work out, is the guys can be creepy. I go to the gym but I rarely bring up conversation with people there. I figure they are there to work out and not talk.
My wife got a membership to the gym I used to work out at. It was kind of a hardcore place. She used to complain about the guys there all the time. She did not renew her membership and instead went to a different place that was geared more to women. It was not as big and did not have the variety of equipment but she enjoyed it better.
You need to find a comfortable place to workout or you will start skipping workouts and will not make any progress.I've been working out for 30 years in gyms and I've never seen any chronically creepy behavior. Isolated incidents, yes, but uncommon. I think there is a social misunderstanding between people of your age and people of my age. Do you mean: This guy said hello to me when crossing my path and he wasn't rich and great looking? Or do you mean: This guy is constantly looking up my shorts? Big differnce
300$ a month? Wtf? And yes a lot of creepers. I can't stand these so called "men". F'ing it up for the rest of us. Especially when you have earbuds in, and they still try. I feel bad for women, and I felt insulted being a man. And 300$ a month? Never have ever heard if that. Man I wish I had your kind of money. I have bought some equipment, and been working out for years at home.
Holy fuck $300 a month! Good riddance to that place in my opinion
Get a T2 isotrainer... gyms are a waste of money regardless.
You don't need a gym to stay in shape. Ride a bike, do sit ups and push ups.
Go to female only gym if like working out but don't want feel uncomfortable
Just find another place.
lol, $300 American a month?
I can't fault your reasoning.
How are the guys creepy?
Very good choice
