Why do you think the doctor is avoiding my email?

Top doctor in the US has been kindly emailing me for 8-months helping me with a medical problem resulting from a company. He even Zoomed with me. Would email me back within minutes and was super enthusiastic about helping me. I lied to him about my name in our email communication for HIPPA reasons. Recently saw him for a medical visit and told him the truth about my name and explanation. He seemed fine with it. He told me that when I arrive home to send him pictures from 2 years ago so he can diagnose the potential problem. After the medical visit he has not been responsive to my emails and pictures. He has seemed a bit more distant. Stated that the pictures I sent were blurry but he would do his best to diagnose. Feels like he has ghosted me; never responded to my previous emails. Its been 1 month. Do you think he doesn't trust me because of the name thing? Or do you think he doesn't want to get further involve himself in case I have to file a lawsuit? Or do you think the pics were too blurry and he is just choosing not to ask for additional pictures/inform me.

Sounds to me like the dude was interested in you and your lie ruined it, because no one likes starting anything with lies, no matter the reason, it's your first impression and from that first impression, a liar is what he might see, I might be wrong tho, maybe he is busy or perhaps is seeing himself catching feelings or something and as a doctor I don't know how that might be seen as by whoever is around him and in his life, can be many reasons but either ways you aren't gonna get a certain answer by asking on here

I'm the type of person that I try to protect my medical information at all costs. I'm a bit paranoid about it. A professor once said; never put anything in an email you would never want anyone to read. I didn't want anyone to ever be able to read the emails. I also was not expecting the doctor to actually treat me, which he did. However, it was SO awkward for me to explain it early on. I figured explaining to him in person that I did it to protect my medical information would be sufficient. It may have scared him which is unfortunate. You would just think he would be a little bit more understanding from a patient's perspective.

Yes but you showed signs of distrust when he is your doctor, at that point I wouldn't be surprised if he felt uncomfortable to treat you because you are giving false information, you don't lie to a doctor, it's that simple and he probably suspects that you have probably lied to him about other things as well and I can't really blame him, it makes sense why you lied but what can I say, lying never brings good results

Let's not mention false facts can mess with your health as well depending what you lie about and doctors are very sensitive about that because they can end up prescribing you wrong prescriptions and it can mess with their career as well
