Is 27 in waist big any weight losss tips?

Okay so I’m kinda stressed out because I recently gain weight last winter and it’s taking soo long to lose even tho I’m trying my hardest I’m growing impainte I gained 20lbd this winter ):
and it left with me with measurements 35/27/42

I know the 42 is big but my question is
a 27 in waist big I’m 54 I’ll try to insert pics
Does anyone know any really good tips to lose 20/25 lbs?

I don't think a 27 waist is all that big. It's just the 42 at 5'4" IS big!

I don't know about the losing weight part. I'm trying to lose weight myself. Maybe live off of just water for a couple months?

Considering 36 26 36 was the goal numbers ages ago, 27 is only an inch above that so not big.

Stick to about 1300 to 1500 calories with a half hour of cardio and you will lose it adjust calories if needed but don’t go over your calories

You don't necessarily need to lose any weight, but if you do, just try eating 3 or 2 medium sized meals a day with no snacking whatsoever in between.

Most guys will find this body very attractive. However health is really important because without it she will lose her own libido.

She has to stop stressing about how she looks but care for the health aspect and simply eat very high quality foods and go outside as often as possible.

However your pelvic bone is wide so you look "big".

Also, some girls are naturally "Thick". Nothing wrong with that!!!
