I been going to the gym, why are the personal trainers asking if I am losing weight?

Every time, I see one of them they look concern for me. Like they want me to stop pushing so hard but I swear I am not working too hard. N yes I’m cooking everyday and eat as much whole food as possible. Is that normal? I’m plus size so yup! But nothing too extreme I can still walk and stuff. Oh and yes I lost some weight but it’s shouldn’t be that noticeable.
