Every time, I see one of them they look concern for me. Like they want me to stop pushing so hard but I swear I am not working too hard. N yes I’m cooking everyday and eat as much whole food as possible. Is that normal? I’m plus size so yup! But nothing too extreme I can still walk and stuff. Oh and yes I lost some weight but it’s shouldn’t be that noticeable.

If you are building muscle and losing fat, you are probably losing inches. Muscle tissue weighs 8 times what a equal volume of fat tissue weighs. If you feel good and are healthy than you are going in he right direction.
