I definitely have a routine.
The first thing I do is put some health powder stuff in a one liter bottle, fill it about 1/3 full of water, and shake it up.
Then I empty yesterdays grounds from my French press coffee maker and add three measuring scoops of fresh grounds to the pot. I put a kettle of water on the stove to heat.
At that point, I brush my teeth and clean up. I have a little container full of seven day's worth of vitamins and supplements, so I take them out and put my day's worth in my mouth.
I walk back to the kitchen and wash them down with the heath drink.
Buy that time, the water in the kettle is hot and I pour it into the French press. I give it a stir and then let it steep for several minutes.
While that's happening, I turn on my wi-fi router and lure our one cat, Poatie, into his room with some treats and lock him up for a minute. Then I open my bedroom door and let my other cat, Coco, out and follow her to the front door to let her outside for the day. Then I let Poatie out of his room. He's a big, super fluffy, orange, 2 year old boy so we keep him indoors because we live on acreage with lots of stuff that gets in his fur. Coco is a sleek and very tiny, 16 yr old Burmese. Poatie wants to be her friend and won't leave her alone, but she is terrified of him, so we keep them separated.
By that time, my 48 oz of coffee is ready. I pour it into two 12 oz travel cups with sippy lids. I add about a measured tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder to each one and stir. I leave room in the cups to add about 1/2" of cold whole milk to cool it off enough to drink.
Then I sit down with my laptop and coffee. After a few sips, I'm wide awake. LOL

On mornings when I have nothing scheduled (playing golf or going to the shooting range), I normally take a few minutes to stretch before hauling myself out of the rack.
Once on my feet, I'll head to the kitchen to make a cup of tea and then go into my office to check emails or missed phone calls and texts (I don't keep the phone in my bedroom).
After I've finished my tea, I will shower and shave and then I'm ready to face the new day, which will mean watching videos until lunchtime, after which I go to the pool.
I wake up with my alarm and go brush my teeth at first. Then I study a bit or do some workout with my mom (I don't like it!) or take a walk. Then hour or half an hour before breakfast I take a bath and then take a break and do random things. And then I take breakfast and my day starts like that.
I do have a morning routine. The first thing I do is I pray. I thank God for this day, and for every moment. Then after that I get myself ready for the day, and that's all. But praying is so important for me, and I wouldn't feel happy without doing so. God bless you!!

Might wanna brush your teeth first if the fruit is very acidic. Could be harmful to your enamel if you brush with acid on your teeth too soon.
But yeah I do. I wake up usually to the sound of a hammer banging on my wall. And to help me ignore the sound, I play music from my headphones as I starve myself for the next 3 to 6 hours until the hammering stops. Then I can get up, eat, get ready, & enjoy life.Normally wake up, go for a run.

breakfast is a random affair, fruit, cereal, pancakes, cold pizza

really depends if I’m working from home or in the office that day.My old life, wake up, shower, rush to train station. All taking about 15min.
My new life, with kids, wake up around 4am calm baby down, give her some milk, fall sleep with her in our bed. Woken up at 6.30 by 1 yr old sitting on head. 6.45 watch CBeebies in lounge whilst trying to grab a power nap. 7.15 interrupted by 2yr coming in. Nappies and breakfast. Start work from home at 8am.If I got stuff to do. I like to get up early. Get some coffee. Eat. Take a shower sometimes a bath and a shower. Brush my teeth. Get everything else ready. Then eat some more. Listen to some music.
I like to take my morning routine slow. I hate rushing around. I used to always get up early or I tried to sometimes I could not do it get up really early. Between like 3:30 and 5 in the morning to catch the bus around 7.I always have a showers when I wake up I don't feel awake till I do lol
After that I get dressed eat breakfast normally frosties then I brush my teeth
Then I'm good to go!!!On workdays, it's pretty much the same every day... climb out of bed, go to the bathroom, have my coffee and a light breakfast, shower, brush teeth, get dressed and head out the door.
On non-work days, it varies but there's always coffee.i make myself some black tea and chill for the first 30/45 minutes. then i go either on a walk or run, do some light yoga afterwards, go shower/get ready and then i'm set for the day
I set 3 alarms. By the time the 3rd one rings I’m fully awake lol. Make my bed, wash my face, brush my teeth, bath and do whatever else I gotta do to start the day.
I used to have coffee now I wake up and make the bed, take a shower or go for a warm swim on our HOT (TEXAS) Pool then take a shower, fruit smoothieand watch the morning news.
yes i wake up an hour earlier than i need to and stay in bed for an hour. makes the whole day easier

In high school I used to put my clock radio at the opposite end of my bedroom and put it on a disco station. It was the music I hated most, so I knew I’d run across the room and turn it off.
It depends on what I am doing if I am working on the house or yard then I get up and do it before it gets too hot or starts raining then take a shower if I am going somewhere then take shower and go now that I am retired, I don't have a routine

Trust me, that wakes anyone up.I wake up, use the bathroom, brush my teeth, make the bed, drink coffee, exercise, shower and have my breakfast. I also like to do journalling.
Wake up and read some texts.
Get out of bed and put my head in ice cold water.
Check my emails and eat whatever is for breakfast.
