I had friends telling me that morning walks are good for mental healthy benefits. According to my friend she claims that ever since she started morning walk routine it has help her reduce her stress. Has morning walks reduce your stressed?
Walking, like any form of exercise, reduces stress and anxiety. You'll start the day with a positive attitude, better able to manage challenges during the day. Increase your productivity. After a morning walk, you feel energized and ready to take on the day.

Yes, walking is good for our health.
I have never tried morning walks and don't have the time Monday through Friday.
Any form of exercise is a stress reliever. The more intense the exercise, the more stress it relieves. Do something more strenuous than walking if you can.
Yes but not just morning walks any kind of walks make me feel more relaxed anything where I get to exert myself a little bit and get my heart rate up I'm all for especially when it comes to exercise
