So everywhere online I read that after quitting the gym you will rapidly lose muscle mass, yet I swear I haven’t lost any while hardly training?

I swear I haven’t lost any muscle mass or strength no matter how much time I spend away from the gym. I can bench press the same weight and reps I could over a year ago. It’s not like I haven’t trained chest at all since then but not a lot. What do u guys think and what’s ur personal experience do you actually lose muscle mass at any real rate when u quit the gym or no?
