You need to reduce your body fat percentage. A very low carb diet (like the Atkins one) is good for this.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you may not be able to, not without becoming totally unhealthy. Some people, girls especially, have chubby cheeks even when they are really skinny.
That's a 'may' and not a 'will', though.
Maybe if you eat celery? Celery has so little calories that eating it makes you lose more calories than the intake. Maybe that will be exercising your face? Idk.

I don't really know, but I would try researching what foods absorbs fat... I think I heard that all sorts of berries are really good for that kind of thing.
