I’ve gone too long in between going to the dentist, like this time it was almost 3 years but I still get compliments on my teeth. Like no problems, everything looks great. All I do is floss once a day and brush twice a day. It’s pretty simple.
I ponder the same thing. My FIL is paying that price now. He has never flossed and never had his wisdom teeth removed. Now he is 77 years old and his unerupted wisdom teeth have turned into cysts that are eating away at the bone in his jaw. They told him that surgery will cost min. $8K and his insurance will not cover any of it because they are penalizing him for not having his wisdom teeth removed.

becaaause maybe that don't know the harm of it. Ya know, ignorance is bliss... until it wakes you out of your sleep :) then it ain't so blissful
If you hate routine and things you have to do for the sake of living then you would understand why it's hard. If eating didn't taste good it would be hard eating for people who understand this to and for some people it already is.
A lot of dental problems are from poor nutrition and I bet most don't realize this. lack of fat soluble vitamins, low vitamin D3 and low oxygen in the mouth. All people are told is too many sweets cause it.
