everyone can work out, its the diet not everyone can do
thats probably the most important part of losing weight..other than the obvious - working out
get yourself on a schedule and challenge yourself every week...if you run for a mile one week, do 1.5 the next...and so on
dont forget to work those muscles! it will help you burn fat and keep you tone...use small, light weights and it will pump up your muscle endurance and cardio...
if you still aren't sure ask a personal trainer somewhere and tell them what you're looking to do
dont forget, beauty is inside! don't hate yourself :)

theres no other way to put this but...run your ass off everyday and eat healthy
and no ts not easy and there is no easy way out
Just work out, liek jogging don't put yourself down so much. While your working out, just remeber how good you feel afterward, and keep doing it. you will eventually loose some weight hun.
