I don’t know if I should worry about this situation?

Hi I have come to you all with a different situation that’s at first… recently well for years now I been struggling with my time of the month I guess that’s ovulation I just haven’t been getting them at all the concern started to rise and I spoke to my drs about it many time… yeah I been through Ultrasounds and blood tests but it’s never been caught what’s going on.

This year I paid a private dr to help me and thankfully he was on the same side as me he asked about my family history and my mum and sister do suffer PCOS hence what the drs thought it was as well so he asked for a ultrasound and blood test which I got sorted out… The results came back and it turns out that yes my symptoms are linked to PCOS..

My main concern now is that a lot of women like me end up having miscarriages and complications with their babies but thinking about it now I got measured for my height and I am 4’9 so I am really tiny and I’m not sure but someone told me once that because I am soo short already I will have trouble with birth and labour. I also read that being tiny could mean that I have a premature baby and now that I have PCOS that could make it even more complicated I am genuinely worried…

I want to know if it’s true me being 4’9 would I struggle with labour pains, birth and complications with my baby? Has it happened to any of you or anyone you know I just want facts and truths…

I don’t know if I should worry about this situation?
