Does wearing glasses make your vision worse overall [when you're not wearing them]?

Have you found, or heard from others, that wearing glasses makes your vision worse overall when you're not wearing them?

Do you become dependent on glasses?

My husband is finding this. I am finding this. But ophthalmologists keep telling me it isn't possible. "Because eye muscles are not like other muscles of the body which can be strengthened through training." It feels like the eyes relax and get used to having the glasses, and then when they're gone, it's harder to transition between distances, without them.

Do you agree or disagree? (Ophthalmologists have a reason to deny this. They are in the business of selling glasses.)

This is so sexy. I keep using this photo again cause I like it so much. I want to be there, in another chair, doing the same.

Squinting is sexy, lol. (Male models never get to smile.)
