How do I get rid off eye bags?

My eyes are darker because of pigmentation disorder I have but I also have eye bags, I can’t make me eyes lighter, but I can at least make them smooth and less apparent. So, how do I do that?

Eyebags aren't always due to lack of sleep. Sometimes they can be caused by too many carbs. But whatever the cause, your subconscious already knows. It's just the conscious part of your mind that has no idea hence asking here. Therefore you can probably get rid of them by using subliminals. This one is where I'd start:

Put fresh cucumber from fridge or cold tea bag on ur eyes.. also for skincare, u could use eye patchs, eye serum or eye cream treatment.. besides that, u should rest ur eyes not often looking at the screen, do not play ur phone or laptop in a dim light or dark room, enough sleep is a must..

When you shower or rub your face be gentle around your eyes. If you rub hard they'll get dark, if your gentle they'll stay lighter. Consume at least a couple 8oz cups of water a day. When in a darker room turn your phone brightness down. Sleep on an organized schedule 8hrs a day

Drink a lot of water take a lot of vitamins. Get eight hours of sleep try to relieve your stress.
