Is it possible for me to get rid of these or are they genetic? I have a horrible sleep cycle by the way. For the last 6-7 years I've been going to bed after 3AM sometimes later.

Bad sleep patterns can cause this. You need to get at least 7-8 every night for a while and that should help.
