Would you consider my lower belly "a bit fat"?

I don't know if I'm being paranoid trying (and failing) to lose that bit or it's just normal.

To me it looks fat, but when training you get very critic of your own body and everything looks wrong.

It's hard to build mass without putting a bit of fat around the belly since you can't gain mass on calories deficit, and the diet required to get mass without it (when you're not in your early 20s) is too much for me, I do want to enjoy life too.

But does it look that bad, a tiny bit bad, or is it all in my head?

Thank ye all, I'm really struggling to remove that "fat" on my lower abdomen, but if it doesn't look as bad as it does in my head, I can relax a bit then 😅
