I work at chipotle and burn 350-500 calories a day there and get 6k-10k steps if not more. Does that count as light exercise or do I actually need to do a workout later for it to be exercise?
I’m trying to lose weight, and when I used the calorie calculator it said for light exercise I should eat 1100-2000 calories- but now I don’t know if my working is even considered exercise.
