Do you believe healing crystals actually work?

I imagine about as well as a stress ball at best. They’re just rocks. (Pretty ones, but not at all magical.) If anything happens it’s all in their mind. Nothing has a magic cure.
There is no scientific evidence that suggests that crystals have any healing properties, and the idea of using crystals for healing is not recognized by medicine.

The question of whether healing crystals actually work is a matter of debate and personal belief. There is no scientific evidence to support the idea that healing crystals have any specific therapeutic or healing properties.
Some people believe that healing crystals have the power to alter their energy or mood, while others believe that they can help with physical or emotional issues. However, these beliefs are largely based on anecdotal evidence and personal experience, and there is no scientific evidence to support these claims.
On the other hand, many mainstream medical and scientific organisations do not recognize the use of healing crystals as a valid form of treatment for any medical condition. The placebo effect, where a person feels better simply because they believe they will, can also play a role in the perceived benefits of healing crystals.
It is important to note that healing crystals should not be used as a substitute for conventional medical care or treatment. If you are experiencing any physical or emotional health problems, it is always best to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
The use of healing crystals as a form of therapy is a matter of personal belief and interpretation, and their effectiveness is not supported by scientific evidence. If you are considering using healing crystals, it is important to do your own research and to consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
I don't know, but the concept makes sense to me.
Everything is change and frequency, you find the right frequency... produces harmony.
I'd wonder if could do damage as well... due to bad frequency.
So I have no evidence or experience. I'd probably try someone who does faith healing or works with your aura and such that have references.
To a point below, there is a placebo effect. Belief itself seems a substantial contributor in healing. That may in essence be, facing challenges... with courage. Lookup Wim Hoff for another angle...
I think exactly like you said. I don't think there's any science going on behind this besides that of the mind. But if it's used in addition to an actual treatment plan like therapy, group, medication, coping skills, self-care nutrition and exercise, no harm in it. Perhaps it can be used as a grounding technique in that regard for some people.
Hell noo! Your own mind works better. thing is people put their energy on these crystals thinking this is what is healing but if you just think positive then that's the healing itself
It's like the placebo effect lol
I thought as such, I didn’t think a crystal or a rock could do anything but I thought I’d ask. 🤣
Literally a waste of money and people being brain washed but hey if that's what they're into then by all means
Well, if it's a psychological trick but it works, is it still just a trick? People cured through psychosomatic effects are still cured, no?
They could have some merit, but not within the scientific paradigm.
In any case, those things are kind of cool looking.
Nope. My mom tried this absurdity. Does. Not. Work.
I don't believe in them, but it seems to help some people that believe in them.
They work as a placebo for those that believe which does have an effect. I don’t believe it so it wouldn’t help me.
The earth has a magnetic field which is proven certain minerals react to. The human body is made up of electrical system. Its possible.
no but crystals do retail a lot of information
I am skeptical but anything is possible.
How could they possibly work?
It's 100% humbug
Nope that's nonsense
No they don't
