I'm a simple creature. The older I get, I really don't need much to be happy: good food, money and the ability to provide for myself, a stable job that I can tolerate, lots of me time away from people, a good night's sleep, a nice, fit body, and exercise to stay sane and happy.

I pretty much already everything I could want to be happy - a wonderful wife that I love, a beautiful daughter and two more children on the way, a nice home and an amazing job; I get to indulge my passions and sometimes I get some new action.

Good to excellent health is my most important thing. Without that, things are a real struggle. Farm to table foods, basic clothing and shelter, someone to love and something to strive for. There also has to be music. Can't be happy without that.
