Girls, My cycle keeps shortening, WTF?

I've been having such anxiety Lately because I have noticed my Period Cycle keeps getting shorter. I started my first @ 11 years old and it was about 31 days then it started getting shorter 28 days, 25 days and now 23 days! I can't get a damn break. I feel like I am always on my damn period. Its so annoying. also in the back of my head I know that I'm losing eggs quicker and that mean menopause is getting closer! I'm only 30 and I want to cry!

I read its normal and it could be due to stress/age etc but I want to know if I'm the only one noticing this with age?

21-31 days are considered normal range, less than 21 days is a problem. More than 31 days - too.

So, go to the doctor to find out the reason of the shorter cycle.

My cycles have always been 25-26 days long, not long not short, just average. You’re 30, you’re not going to lose all of your eggs anytime soon.

Hahahaha I hope not! I know a few woman going through menopause at 35/36... Periods are earlier and so are menopause. My daughter was 8 when she has her first period... crazy stuff!

Go see a specialist like a gynaecologist or sexual health doctor. It’s normal for your cycle to shorten some months but I can’t say anything related to aging. Cracked up when you said it feels like you’re always on your period… girl, that’s nothing 😂 I had my period literally everyday for 2 years.

DAMN! nah I can't hey... I had the Mirena in which I loved because it stopped my periods and I felt free TBH but changed it to give my body a break but errg its so crappy to plan a vacation or something around your period...

go see an obgyn, could be stress, age, hormonal change, could be anything to be honest, take a deep breath and relax firstly
