My gym offers free program assessments I guess / they'll help you build a program. I want a small waist and a big butt. I'm already slim but not curvy. My mom thinks I'm going to the gym to be stronger for basketball season, but that's not fully true. I don't wanna just workout and not get the gains I want.
My mom's the type to think because l'm a teenager I shouldn't do self improvement things she doesn't apprive of which could be waxing or last lamination even if I pay for it. She just thinks it's too grown but, I wanna look good while l'm young and feel confident in my body.
How can I ask for a workout that would grow my glutes without my mom finding out and without making the conversation awkward?
