I feel like many people in Manhattan care for what they wear to the gym. Particularly single people. I do care but not too much as long as I look good and everything stays in place 😂

Nah I dress like trash to workout. My gym clothes are cheap/from Amazon. Don't wanna waste money on something thats just gonna be dirty all the time. If I liked somewhere more crowded then maybe I'd dress a bit better

I don’t take too much time. I want something comfortable that I feel reasonably cute and supported wearing that makes me feel motivated to go to the gym.

Makes sense, that’s something I found out, bad clothes do not motivate me. I like to look good.

Looking good makes me feel good. Sometimes working out sucks, but if I feel good and motivated, I just remind myself how good I’ll feel when I’m done. Then get a nice healthy smoothie on the way home!

Usually some protein and antioxidants, acai, and strawberries in a chocolate base flavor.

I have a pile of gym shorts. a pile of sweatshirts with the wristers cut off and a rack full of T shirts. I just pick the one on top. Easy Peasy.

I buy cheap clothes though, pretty much all are from China, predominantly AliExpress.

I wear leggings and a tank top on upper body days and shorts and a t-shirt/tank top on leg days.
