Can you imagine and see images in your mind?

For me it’s either 4/5 on this chart I really struggle to see images in my mind and I also have anreally really bad memory I don’t know if that is due to also having aphantasia as I really can’t imagine anything in any great detail in my mind at all apparently it’s extremely rare to have, does anyone else have anything like this, and how is your memory in general if so?
