Probably accurate. I know in TX and NC the hospital was very happy that I didn't circumcise my kids but in OH good God they asked me 100x and even charged my insurance for a circumcision that my son didn't even get. Midwest is circumcision crazed.
The nurse that walked us through all the forms we needed to fill out after birth was very happy to rip the circumcision consent form in half when we told her we weren't doing it (in North Dakota).
I have no clue where his pediatrician falls on the topic. It was only brought up once when she asked if we were planning on doing it later (apparently there's a trend of going to specialists for it...) and we said no, and that's the last we heard on the topic of circumcision from her.
Should be 0% across the board if those getting this procedure are under 18.
It is a procedure that should be federally outlawed for anyone under 18 years of age, with doctors being jailed for performing such on underage boys.
I'm more concerned about who how or why someone said "let's go count who's penis has a foreskin abd who's doesn't.
Like is there an ultimate reason for this stat?
What does it prove?

I wouldn't wanna be the guy that has to verify these reports.
I'm assuming its just based off of hospital reporting
I would think so. Being from Ohio I was one of the only intact guys in my class.
