quickly is not always the answer to losing weight that you actually want to keep off. I will give you some guidelines for healthy and somewhat rapid weight loss that you can actually keep the pounds off with.
first if you find your eating too much (eating til you feel full) try cutting out 5-10% of your daily intake of calories. eat every two hours having your breakfast quite large because it curbs cravings for the day. light snacks such as plain yogurt, nuts and fruits are great to have. cut out most of your sugar and simple carbohydrates (anything with white or enriched flour). aim for around 30g of sugar per day overall. if something has more than 7g of sugar per tablespoon it isn't likely a good choice. what you eat has a much larger effect on losing fat than exercise or anything else (though exercise is still extremely important).
for working out I suggest you don't target a certain area because your not focusing on toning at this point but losing fat from anywhere on your body. things like running, jumping rope, running up and down stairs (anything to get your heart rate up will work)- aka cardio.
extra things to remember- try to cut out fast food and soda if you can also. treat yourself to a snack that's not in your diet plan say once a week so that you don't do major binging with bad food. things are good in moderation. when you do go for soda don't go for 0 calorie pops or diet pops because they cause you to gain more weight and quicker than normal pops. same goes for artificial sweeteners (stay away from them as much as you can). and drink lots and lots of water! it flushes toxins out of your body etc etc. also you should only weigh yourself once a week and when you do, do it before you eat breakfast and after you go to the washroom, that's your true weight!
hope this helped you!00 Reply

Well I can tell you what I'm doing I've lost about 10 lbs in a month. Its not easy but if you can keep it up you will louse it fast.
every day I walk/run 8 miles. Not nauseously all at once but on weekends try it. ( can be very boring so I wouldn't sugest doing this on a tred mill because it will seem even longer just go someone were outside to do it. ipod and head phones are good to help pass the time.)
drink a lot of water! Don't have soft drinks!
count calories
eat more fruit like bannabs and apples.
slim fast also works.
I am also trying this pills called Lipozen I'm not sure if they are working but like a 10 day supply is $20 so I really don't take them that often unless I know I'm going to eat somthing real fatty.
a day I burn over 1000 calories doing this and I'm lousing the weight you will also louse body fat my friends hadent seen me in over 2 weeks and they were amazed how skinnie I got that fast doing this. hope this helps u!00 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yyour calory intake for a day is probably 2000 -+ 250
healthiest way to lose weight is to have 500-600 less calories less than you need, each day
that way you'll lose 3-5 pounds of fat per month
- so you need to do eat/drink total of about 1400 calories per day, doing less makes you more hungry and is unhealthy
you don't even need to exercise, do supplements or anything
just remember to drink plenty of water (+3 liters every day) .. water - YES - water, milk or juice won't do as 'water' and drop out fast carbohydrates
don't listen to some retarded bullcrap, just do the above and you'll lose weight for sure, healthily, as long as you're not lying to yourself about daily calories00 Reply

+1 yi have been in Costa Rica for 3weeks.
Lost 10pounds! How? The food I eat is different.
I have been eating a LOT of fruit for breakfast followed by one egg..
and for lunch more fruit and possibly a sandwich and dinner- chicken with some rice and vegetables. Everyday this
is what I eat...and, I still have been eating a slice of cake every now
and then ;)
Also, I tend to drink LOTS of water and every now and then some Tea to
fulfill my caffeine needs.
I don't even work out..due to no time! So, yeah..hope this helps! Good luck!20 ReplyThis is very unhealthy but I do it when I need to loose weight fast for a swim meet. Its called the the 2,4,6,8 diet. You eat 200 calories the first day, then 400 the next, then 600, then 800. After about 8-10 days you lose 7-10 lbs. it basically tricks your metabolism into burning more.

+1 yThere is no magic pill that will make you lose weight. It's called SELF-CONTROL, limiting your food intake and exercise. A pill may make you lose weight quickly- but once you are off it, you will gain back the weight and then some because you didn't learn self control.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 ysupplements and all that in my view are just scams it is all in your mind. best way to get and stay fit is regular excercise cardio and weightlifting along with proper eating. there is probablly no safe way to lose weight quickly and not damage your body.

+1 yseriously just eat WAY LESS.
have breakfast, have a small dinner - nothing else.
NO snacks, drinks, lunch, blah blah blah
if you are already small and just need 5-15lbs to go, REDUCE your food intake to minimal levels.00 Reply- eat plenty of fruit/veggies
- cardio (running is excellent)
- eat a HEALTHY carb breakfast
- drink water

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yThere are no magic pills that make you skinny. You need to eat healthy and keep active through exercise and/or sports. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so go by measurements not weight or you will never be happy.
