Hydrogen isn't very stable it wants to bond to other molecules/atoms. So its really hard filling a room with H2. Unless you first establish a vacuum.

So the real question is, what are you doing that fills your room with H2?

I'm inhaling straight hydrogen on purpose for it's selective antioxidation that does not blunt the beneficial oxidation from exercise, so unlike other antioxidants H2 can be inhaled during a workout.
