Though retinol serum (at night) n would probably work much better, than over the counter collagen. in conjuction you should use regardless if you use retinol serum, vitamin c serum (in the morning. helps detoxify your skin from pollution, blue light exposure, and all the other pro aging stuff). retinol/collagen etc diminish the wrinkles, vitamin c prevents them from getting worse
for all the pro aging stuff you stop doing if you do them (that you didn't mention): not wearing sunscreen everyday (even in winter), tanning, chronic stress, lack of exercise, not enough vitamins, eating too much processed industrial foods, chronically feeling unhappy, not enough water, using too much skincare especially not made for you skin, blue light over exposure, being overweight or underweight, feeling lonely, bad skin hygiene, using expired skin makeup, not taking makeup off correctly, being too exposed to pollution
