This is just a quick update with my last ask. After my hospital appointment all they did was kept me sitting there for 7 hours just to take a urine sample and drip bag. After that I was sent home all my results came out good and normal. The next day I got an appointment with my GP finally and I told her everything from start to end she was soo cool she actually looked through all my medical history and my appointment letters going back to 2022. Anyways yeah the result was that because I have PCOS one of my Cysts had twisted into my ovaries which is why the 7 day pain saga was going on what needed to happen was a scan followed up with an emergency surgery but because I was never scan checked we can’t say for sure what it was.
she has referred me now for a internal and external scan and has also sent me a hospital referral for my hormones think I will be put on the pills but now it’s just a waiting game. But she did say next time this happens I need to let them know that my gp recommend I get a scan done as I could have a cyst that has twisted into my ovaries.
Now it’s a waiting game!!!

Hospitals are SO overrun and getting more so all the time. Maybe try and find other things to occupy your mind whilst you wait?
unfortunately a long time because they prioritize other stuff.
My GP was amazing she was saying to me how she could have got me in for an emergency scan if I was in the same amount of pain she checked to be sure that the twist wasn’t there or something she didn’t feel anything
it will take longer than u'd expect
Tell me about it I mean it took me over 2 years just to get somewhere in dealing with this but she did say that if I do get pains like that than I have to call triple 1 and tell them that my GP thinks it’s a cyst that has twisted and I need a scan done and stuff
