My parents won't let me order food delivery while they are here but they go on vacation for almost a month this year so I am looking at healthy food options I can get while they are gone.
I was thinking I could eat cheese and crackers as an appetizer from supermarket. Maybe some sandwiches or home made pitas too.
And for take out, I can't think of any healthy options other than sushi or salad but salad never fills me up cause I need around 12 times the serving they offer you at the restaurant. If I was eating protein, 1/4 of a restaurant serving would be enough.
