lots of fresh fruits and veggies, don't a bunch of fancy stuff(special K, multigrain, southbeach diet, bla blah blah), just healthy, whole and fresh stuff you actually like and will eat, don't force yourself to eat stuff you don't like, instead of energy drinks before you work out eat 3 or 4 bananas or make a coconut smoothie, fruit sugars will feed your brain and give you energy you need. I love juicing, I think of it as an alive multivitamin, a big jar of green juice in the morning and my hunger is suppressed throughout the entire day, no more strange ravenous cravings, that I feel guilty about afterward and then that guilt kills my energy for the rest of the day.. and the next. SO defiantly I would recommend green juice and fruit smoothies. You don't need a juicer, just use your blender and strain the pulp. juicing is good because it is unrealistic to eat so much veggies but the juice makes it convent and remember you can't get fat on raw fruits and veggies. Grains, nuts, breads, refined sweets, diary, meat, fried food, yes! so cut those out the best you can you you will be feeling good and looking good;D

no simple carbs. lots of complex carbs and protien. more smaller meals throughout the day always eating breakfast. majorly cut back on sugar intake, no fast food and more spicy foods.
Proper diet and nutrition.
Learn how to build proper meals. A good dish consists of vegetables, complex carbs (sweet potato, brown rice), and protein. Also, you don't want to drink your calories. Stick to water or drinks low in fats and sugars.
Minimize the following:
-Saturated Fats
-Fats
-Sugars
-Enriched Flour
-Sodium
-Hydrogenated Oils
That's a basic framework that you can study and learn how to implement into your own life.
I used to wrestle. Great sport. Usually we would wear bags and sweaters during practice. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fiber. And do everything stitches said. Running also melts away body fat well. Try to get in a few miles every day.

To burn fat, the most effective diet is a ketogenic diet, but don't stay on it for long.
