I work out twice a week doing weight training so I guess I'm putting too much strain on my immune system by doing intense (sort of) infrequent exercising but I'm not going to stop my weight training.
How can I increase/help my immune system? I hate down time! But I'm not going to risk my gains and prolong this sickness by working out. And I do try stay away from sick people and I wash my hands a lot but to no avail.
