Stacking/building things. I do it without realizing it half the time. But then that's more of an autism sensory stimulation thing I guess, along with stimming (arm flapping, rocking back and forth, etc).

sleeping pills... I don't take them regularly anymore, but I'll use it when I have bad days. And contemplated on taking tons of them when I have consistent awful days. It's not something I'm proud of, but I guess I'm just using this as a confession.
