Do you eat before bed or is there a 'cut off' time for you, no eating after 9, 10 etc?
I always eat late (after midnight) and never get any of the problems you describe. Like tonight I'll be watching the NFL until around 3-4am (I'm in the UK) so I'll have a meal around 2ish.
It's probably worse if you're used to always eating early, and then just eat late on rare occasions.
My eating schedule:
Breakfast at 12:00
Lunch at 17:00
The second Lunch at 21:00
Supper at 24:00
Occasionally the Second Supper at 2:00
I'm fit, I sleep well and never had any problems about it!
sometimes. but I don't have specific meal times. I just eat when I'm hungry which usually ends up being twice a day
never have supper myself,
normally a salad/sandwich or soup about 7/8pm :)

Really I love to eat before bed time, and I do eat that time, and I don't eat less in night time
after 6 straight to the hips =P
lol naw I just eat whenever I'm hungry
Yes I do , I eat diary products for proteins, it helps keeping muscle strength over night
I usually just have tea or hot chocolate.
