Friday I went out drinking and I was super hungover Saturday, I ate half a piece of toast, 5 chips, and a banana all day. Then on Sunday I ate a big plate of Alfredo for lunch. After that I lost my appetite, I had a few mashed potatoes for supper and then we decided to go out again. I had 2 shock tops (never had them before) and a bud light, I had a tiny buzz that went away pretty quick, I ate 2 bananas and I went to bed at 1. I then woke up at 3, 6, and 8 with bad nausea (no vomiting) and runny poop, but it wasn't watery. Is this because of not eating? Or the shock top? Or being sick?
Chances are the lack of consistent food intake and the alcohol both had a part in it. You sound like you'd be all run down and your body is suffering the consequences. Shit like that happens.
Look, if it doesn't go away in 24 hours of normal behaviour, you may be sick. You could find some anti-nausea medicines if that's the case, and try to work on detoxing with rest and water. If it does go away by then it doesn't matter cos you'll be better anyway.
