Yeah I had the same problem- gained about 3kg over winter!
Don't worry though- you can stay in shape
Indoor exercises:
*Cardio
-skipping rope
-Gym or exercise machine that is cardio based
-Get some music and dance your body off!
If you want to maintain your weight, then keep you metabolism running by getting up every 15-30 minutes and talking a 5 minute really brisk walk around the house
*strength
-lunges
-squats
-situps/crunches
-plank
If you are losing weight, try to keep your calories burned less than your calories consumed. e.g. if you don't exercise, eat 200 cals less in a day, or eat an extra 100 calories but make sure you burn that off through exercise...
If you are maintaining, its pretty easy, just make sure you don't eat more in winter than what you usually do.
I know that in winter, hunger is more common and we tend to eat more, so I suggest more filling foods/more frequent foods
Try foods rich in fibre e.g. oats (you can have pretty much unlimited oats as long as they are cooked in water, if they are cooked in milk there's no point as the calories will build up), fruit salads esp with apples
Eat more frquently, but make sure the meals are smaller. So many people try the 'small meals more frequently' program, and they have more frequent meals, but they completely ignore the smaller meals part!
So yeh, goood luck and don't let winter beat you being in shape! ha ha =)

How about doing work out videos at home. Doing some exercises with weights. I like watching the workout tips these trainers give on youtube. Check them out if you want link
Obviously decrease your calories slightly to make up for the lack of exercise.
Buy a jump rope and a resistance band to get some indoor cardio and strength training going on.
But realistically, almost everyone gains weight during the winter so its not a big deal.
well staying in shape/ not gaining weight is simply a matter of eating less calories than you take in correct? also simple things should help you like jumping rope etc (im no doc, so this may be wrong, just my guess)

Drink lots of water and eat six small meals a day. Have lots of sex and run on the treadmill.
